Asian Style Pork Dressing

 

 

 

When I tasted this Asian style dressing on some succulent pieces of Freedom Farms pork at the opening of the new Nosh in Constellation Drive yesterday morning I just had to have the recipe! And Drew very kindly shared it.
Dribbling it over their free range, locally grown pork  (no crates, no cages, none of those concrete pens and certainly no growth hormones) makes for an especially good combination.

Asian Style Dressing:

 

Ingredients:

 

1 cup of Kikkoman soy sauce

1/4 cup of mirin sake

1/4 cup of apple syrup

2 tablespoons of peanut oil

2 teaspoons of sesame oil

1/4 clove of garlic sliced

 

Method:

Pour all ingredients into a bottle and stir to combine

Yum!

This is perfect with pork
