Chocolate and Orange Belberry mousse

For a special dessert I made this decadent, smooth chocolaty mousse with little chunks of orange using only 2 ingredients: cream and a jar of  Royal Selection Belberry Clementines "Satonga" Chocolate. It served eight (in tiny ramekins)
If you wanted to go overboard you could add some chopped dark chocolate.
Clementines Satongo Chocolate can also be used to spread on toast . It is made by a small company in Belgium and contains chocolate, lemon juice and apple pectin.
Chocolate and Orange Belberry Mousse
1 jar of Royal Selection Belberry  Clementines "Satongo" Chocolate ( 215 gm)
2 cups of cream.
Whip the cream and the contents of the jar of the Belberry Clementine's Chocolate together until they have reached a thick mousse like consistency.
Spoon into eight tiny ramekins.
Chill in the fridge before serving.
