Parmesan Cheese Nibbles

These crispy spidery snacks use only one ingredient: finely grated parmesan cheese. They are a healthy nibble on their own,or can be served with a wine or some soup.The secret is to bake them on one of those silicone baking sheets to prevent them from sticking.Best served straight out of the oven. They will be fragile but will crisp up almost immediately/


A small block of parmesan cheese


Preheat the oven to 180C
Grate the parmesan cheese finely
Place tiny mounds of cheese a little distance apart on the silicone baking sheet.
Press down lightly on each one with the back of a teaspoon.
Bake for about 13 minutes until lightly browned.
