This poster arrived on my Facebook this morning and I can't resist re posting it here. Ever since this sauce first came out at the 2011 Food Show I have kept a bottle of it in my pantry. Not only is it very useful when I need to spice a dish up but it's also creating jobs for the "Hot Samoan Boys" in their home country where the chilis for this sauce are grown on a plantation and processed.And I love that wicked Samoan sense of humour. It puts a grin on my face as I cook.
