A Feijoa, Coconut and Ginger Cooler
So simple but very refreshing and no added sugar.
Scoop out the flesh from enough feijoas to make 1/4 cup when sieved.
Make up to one cup with some chilled natural coconut water
Add a little grated ginger and sieve again,
Serve at once, and enjoy this late summer thirst quencher.
